​The coming of Thanksgiving means it is the start of the holiday season, which can mean many things to many people. It may be a mix of emotions and activation of life stressors (especially in the kind of year we're having now!). It can also be a pleasant time to fellowship safely with others, share love and compassion, and make important memories (even in the kind of year we're having now🤎).

In the spirit of safe fellowship, I welcome you all to join me this Monday, November 23 at 7pm EST for a FREE Belly Dance for All Levels class.
